Periodically there may be times when the gimbal on a Vesper fails to properly stabilize. When this happens it may be necessary to recalibrate the gimbal before proceeding. The video below demonstrates the process of calibrating the Vesper Greenseer gimbal during the Vesper boot-up process.
The process is simple and can be described in the following steps:
Turn on the Vesper UAV
Gently hold the gimbal at an angle that is far from the normal level stabilization angle
As the boot-up process begins you should notice some mild resistance when holding the gimbal in place.
Release the gimbal once the resistance stops
Let the gimbal engage in its calibration process (view the video link below for more details)
Once the gimbal stops moving it should rest at its center point and will be ready to fly
