How to extract telemetry logs from Vision GCS
Flight data are stored in Vesper's internal memory when the "Vehicle Flight Logging" parameter is enabled after the aircraft has been armed. The flight data log contains information about various aircraft conditions such as motor speed, battery details, and data from the flight controller, in addition to flight telemetry data. A subset of these data, specifically telemetry data are always sent to the Vision GCS which displays the position, altitude, and other parameters of the Vesper during its flight and is stored as a telemetry log (tlog) even if the "Vehicle Flight Logging" parameter was disabled.
The instructions below provide operators with instructions about extracting telemetry data files (tlogs) from a Vision GCS.
Note: Enabling Vehicle Flight logging is required for any drone incident warranty claims. Please refer to How to enable or disable Vesper Flight Data Logging for more information about enabling this feature.
